Labor Day

Today many countries around the world celebrate Labor Day. A day that revolves around workers’ rights, working conditions and solidarity. In the Netherlands it is not an official day off, but unions and all kinds of organizations still use this day to draw attention to fair wages, safe working conditions and a work-life balance. All conditions that we wholeheartedly support and are happy to make a positive contribution to.

A contribution to Labor Day can also be made by being a good employer throughout the year. Once we have found the suitable job together with a candidate, our work is not done. We are also connected while working together. Periodically we are present on the shop floor to discuss developments and experiences. In this phase we deepen as needed on the assessments that are/were taken. With this we hold up a mirror to which (further) development and growth becomes possible. Development begins with awareness and we like to help with that. Good to know: this is optional.
