Recently, we at TailorMinds have been working intensively on a variety of assignments for our clients to organize the full onboarding process and/or all IND formalities for new international colleagues. We are increasingly supporting organizations in attracting talent from outside the European Union, with a focus on diligence, compliance, and personalized guidance.
Accredited sponsor with the IND
As an accredited sponsor with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND)—a status TailorMinds has held since 2014—we guide these processes from start to finish. This means that we not only facilitate the permit process but also actively contribute ideas regarding the appropriate residency status, such as the Highly Skilled Migrant Scheme or a “search year,” and ensure that all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Onboarding
Our approach also offers peace of mind and clarity for our clients. Recruiting non-EU professionals is complex, and not every organization has the capacity or expertise to manage these processes independently. Busy Period in May
Most of the colleagues from these assignments will start in May. Combined with the other colleagues from our own recruitment efforts who will also start in May, it’s going to be a busy month.
