Recently, we were guests at Buitenplaats Kameryck in Kamerik for our semi-annual meeting, followed a week later by a team dinner at Hofstede Meerzigt to mark the close of the first half of the year. These are great venues that we enjoy visiting regularly. The agenda focused primarily on reflection, strengthening connections within the team, and further developing our business plans.

At TailorMinds, we come together once every quarter in different team compositions to look back on the previous period, reflect, exchange feedback, and discuss our plans moving forward. The goal is to align both our commercial ambitions and organizational priorities for the months ahead. We are inspired by the idea of stepping away from the daily routine and taking the time to quietly observe, reflect, and gain perspective.
Strong Results, Long-Term Vision, and Continuous Improvement
We have made a strong start to 2026, building on our momentum from the beginning of the year and maintaining that positive trajectory throughout the second quarter. As a result, we are performing significantly better than last year, reflected in both our financial results and a promising outlook for the remainder of the year. Sustaining this positive trend will remain an important focus.
In addition, we continued discussions around our five-year strategic plan, for which we recently established the main outline and long-term objectives.
Like many organizations, we strive not only for healthy growth but also for greater job satisfaction. Artificial Intelligence can support us in achieving these goals by helping with both administrative tasks and automation opportunities, allowing our team to focus on higher-value activities.
Strengthening Our Potential
This objective has two dimensions. First, we are fortunate to work with a close network of valued clients and partners, and we continuously develop new initiatives to serve the market even better. Second, we actively encourage knowledge sharing within our organization and explore partnerships that complement our expertise. We also look at broadening our capabilities through the recruitment of new colleagues who can bring additional skills and perspectives to our team.

One week later, we celebrated the end of the first half of the year with a team dinner at Hofstede Meerzigt. Under the warm evening sun, accompanied by a pleasant breeze and plenty of opportunities for meaningful conversations, we enjoyed a delicious and varied meal together.
Alongside our daily activities and ambitious plans for the future, we believe it is equally important to invest in the connections within our team. These informal moments contribute to stronger collaboration, greater trust, and increased job satisfaction.
