Collective leadership at the Vecht

In the context of further development of our organization, we thought about collective leadership with the commercial part of the team. We were guests at the Slangevegt estate just outside Breukelen, situated on the banks of the Vecht, a nice relaxing place. The day was led and facilitated by Hans van Paridon of Spiff Collective.

Collective Leadership

At the moment, TailorMinds is in a state in which many things are right. The strategy, the result, the mutual atmosphere and the involvement with each other and our colleagues on the projects. In addition, we are entering a phase of growth where we are looking at what needs more attention. A good time to discover what exactly. Collective leadership is an excellent umbrella term for this. We speak of collective leadership when the concepts of courage, vulnerability, connection, the collective and growth apply. Not everything is recognizable to the same degree but we are on the right track.

Digging deeper

Under the leadership of Hans we had an in-depth discussion based on Daniel Offman’s core quadrants. Each of us has qualities that, if they become too visible, can overshoot the mark. This can lead to pitfalls before you know it. By delving deeper into the personal sphere, we learned from each other what the effect can be if we overshoot our mark. The recognition, acceptance and how to deal with it has taught us where we can continue to function strongly as a team in the future and how we can realize this in an optimal (energizing) way.
