Since this week, we have had a new colleague in our office! Hans joins our team as a Consultant.
Time for an introduction:
Study
Originally Hans was a qualified sport and rehabilitation expert. He obtained the necessary training in South Africa. After working there as a therapist/entrepreneur for over 17 years, he changed course last year. Hans came to the Netherlands with his family for a year to complete a Master’s in Global Health Management. After this, he returned to South Africa but with the thought of finding vocational opportunities in the Netherlands.
Network
Through the network, we contacted Hans, after which we reached an agreement in September. He now lives in the Netherlands and has enthusiastically started his new role as a Consultant.
Hans gained extensive experience recruiting and advising highly skilled candidates in South Africa in his previous role. This experience comes in handy at TailorMinds in the international recruitment of professionals in the pharmaceutical industry in the Netherlands.
Hans likes to deliver tailor-made solutions from sincere and personal connections, professionally and dedicatedly. ‘With optimizing and finding the right match in the pharmaceutical industry, regardless of background, origin or geographical location in the world, I want to strive for more efficient fulfilment of capacity issues.
