After contact with Kelly some time ago, we now welcome her as a new colleague. Kelly has started at one of our clients as Validation Engineer. A warm welcome Kelly!
First acquaintance
A few years ago we met Kelly at a session on assessments in the field of work behaviour and communication that was organised by TailorMinds. The output of this session was a personal profile that was given to the participants.
In the middle of last year, we got in touch again because Kelly indicated via LinkedIn that she was open to a new challenge. In the conversations that followed, it emerged that her ambition and preference lie in validation and qualification and that she gets energy from coordinating activities.
Past experience
Kelly completed an BSc. Pharmaceutical education and then gained experience in the laboratory as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry. In her jobs, besides practical analytical work, she was also involved in validation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. She also gained experience in the field of Quality Assurance and documentation.
A new start
We put her in touch with our client who had a vacancy for a Validation Engineer. This led to an introductory meeting. In terms of experience and knowledge, there was a good match; during the interview it also became clear that Kelly is the right person for this position. In this position, she can develop herself further in validation and qualification and also learn new tasks. In short, she can make a new start in her career. A warm welcome Kelly!
