A successful contract-to-hire process for Daniel

We recently said goodbye to our Brazilian Project Engineer. Not because things were going badly. It went really well. For and by Daniel a successful contract-to-hire process for an international has been completed. Through which he made the transfer to the customer.

A contract-to-hire process for an international

Contract-to-hire is a combination of two abbreviations: secondment and permanent employment. This means that Daniel was seconded for an agreed period of time and was therefore under contract with TailorMinds. As a recognized sponsor, we have ensured that he had a ‘soft’ landing in The Netherlands as an international. This means that we have arranged and / or prepared the relevant formalities for him. After the agreed time period and mutual approval, Daniel had a great opportunity to enter permanent employment with the customer. Process completed and Daniel’s goal achieved!

Offboarding

Because TailorMinds is a recognized sponsor at the IND for Daniël and family, we are also responsible for correct handling and deregistration as a recognized sponsor. In this case, Daniël’s new employer must also be a recognized sponsor. All formalities regarding offboarding have now been arranged. This means that we said goodbye to this friendly Brazilian and his family yesterday in an appropriate manner and distance. We are proud of Daniel that through his efforts and a little help from us, he achieved his goal. We wish him the best of luck.
