After we previously announced the arrival of our new colleague Termaré, the time has finally come: she started working for our client as a QA Manufacturing Specialist.
IND procedure
The contracts had already been signed at an earlier stage and preparations for her arrival had also been made. She only had to wait for the approval of her residence permit by the IND. Unfortunately, this took a little more time than expected, so Termaré had to be patient. After the green light from the IND, the flights could be booked, the suitcases were already packed.
TailorMinds has maintained direct and close contact with the IND to properly supervise this procedure. This also allowed us to keep the client well informed of developments.
Patience has been rewarded
Pending on the IND procedure, TailorMinds was able to arrange for Termaré’s accommodation in the background. After arriving at Schiphol and loading the suitcases into the cars, Termaré and the children were taken to their new home. There she received a warm welcome from her partner who already works in The Netherlands. Her patience has finally been rewarded.
The mandatory quarantine is over and we have now started with the other formalities, including registration at the municipality, applying for a bank account and health insurance. And more importantly: Termaré has already completed her first working day. We wish her the best of luck with her new job in The Netherlands!
