Today we welcomed Valentina to TailorMinds. Valentina will start in October as a Packaging Equipment Engineer at one of our relations in the pharmaceutical industry.
Smooth process
Valentina applied to TailorMinds because she was looking for work in The Netherlands. An introductory meeting soon followed online. This revealed both the wishes and enthusiasm of Valentina. Together we came up with a good match with one of our relations. Soon after, an introduction to them followed. The combination of her enthusiasm and relevant work experience has led to a mutual enthusiasm and that our client wanted her on board. And so it happened. If in a year’s time it appears that the mutual enthusiasm is still the case, she will continue her career with our relationship. This provides a good perspective for both her and our client.
Euronational
We often talk about internationals who come to the Netherlands for whom a complete process is mapped out with the IND. Since Valentina comes from Italy and therefore from Europe, this time we can speak of a euronational. This means that no IND procedure has to be started, which saves a lot of time and paperwork. Nevertheless, many things in The Netherlands are still new. Think of registrations, bank account and Dutch customs. TailorMinds will support Valentina where necessary in the coming year.
