At TailorMinds we are entering a busy summer period. In the past months we have contracted seven new colleagues who will all start no later than September 1st.
Within recruitment timing is an important factor. For example, the right candidate must be available, there must be a connection with the client and the rate must be within the budget. In the past period the timing was exactly right for many processes. As a result, we have had many candidates interviewed by our clients in recent weeks with a relatively high success rate. This has resulted in the start of seven expats who are all expected in the Netherlands in August.
To put this into perspective: normally there are one or two expats that start via TailorMinds per quarter.
As a result, it was also necessary to organize the planning tightly. There are summer vacations, lower availability of (cheaper) flights, processes at the IND and the formalities in the Netherlands. For now, the planning is right to ensure that every expat gets his or her personal guidance from TailorMinds.
In the coming period we will be on the road a lot, next to our regular business, to support our future colleagues in these processes. This is all to ensure that a good preparation is half the work, resulting in less worries about formalities and therefore easier focus on the new job.
