Contracts at TailorMinds

As our name suggests, the processes with candidates, clients and employees are tailor-made. One of the most important components are the contracts between the parties. This includes the employment contract with the future colleague and the deployment agreement with the client. In order to meet the different wishes and needs, at TailorMinds we have three types of trajectories with our colleagues.

Project contract

For some projects we are looking for our client to supplement their flexible personel. For example, a replacement may be requested somewhere due to maternity leave, temporary catching up or a project where the deadline has been pushed forward. In such situations we agree upon a contract related to the project. This means that as soon as the project ends, the contract ends with it. By means of interim discussions we assess together whether a project is coming to an end in order to start steering towards the next project and / or client in time.

Contract-to-hire

The second form is the contract-to-hire construction. This means that an employee is seconded for an agreed period of time and is therefore under contract with TailorMinds. After the agreed period of time, there is the option for the employee to enter employment with the client if both parties are satisfied. The employee has a great opportunity to work towards a permanent contract and to prove him- or herself with the support of TailorMinds. This gives the client the time to test the hired colleague for her or his knowledge and skills. In other words: does he or she suit us?

Direct hire

Finally, we have the option of a direct hire process. This means that the client makes a direct offer to the candidate to join them. This will not involve a hired period through TailorMinds. TailorMinds is involved in this up to and including the last job interview and the employment conditions consultations.
