Desired course at TailorMinds

At TailorMinds we are happy with the desired course. 2020 is almost over and a review of the past year shows that five colleagues left us to continue their careers at our client. You could call this desired course. But why?

Satisfaction

Three of them were recruited by us from their country of origin. Thus contribute to the reduction of the shortage of qualified engineers in our country. As TailorMinds because the desired turnover offers space in time to assist existing and new clients with resolving their temporary and permanent capacity issues. From a collaborative perspective, we close a period in which we have conversations with colleagues about how they are personally doing and assist them in increasing self-awareness through behavioral analysis. And of course also the content of the work or project that is being worked on.

This is often accompanied by personal growth, which gives everyone satisfaction. When, after emigration, everything falls into place in the family and home situation for internationals and euronationals, this has positive repercussions for their work. That also gives satisfaction.
