First quarter meeting

Last Friday, April 1, we finally held our quarterly meeting live again. We were guests at Castle de Vanenburg in Putten. Normally an inspiring place already, but with the morning snow of last Friday it was idyllic. We discussed the results of the past quarter and the status of the plans made at the beginning of the year. Furthermore, we looked ahead to the new quarter. Finally, we took time to give each other feedback.

Growth continue

Last year’s growth continued into this quarter. We were once again able to assist with a number of emigrations and four new emigrations are also planned for the coming quarter. How well we manage to find new professionals for our clients, how difficult we notice that the labor market is when it comes to finding the right new colleagues. We have had some good conversations and it looks like we will be able to fill two of the three vacancies in the coming weeks.

Checking against plans made

At the beginning of 2022 we formulated objectives; for each subtopic we considered the status after the first quarter. This is to see whether we are on course with the goal. If this was not the case, we considered the cause; if we were, we could look back with satisfaction. The outcome is that no new plans will be made, but that we will adjust where necessary and stay on course.

Feedback

At TailorMinds we work in a small group and have an open collaboration. In such a setting, you can pass each other by, intentionally or unintentionally. Observations and their effect on the other were shared. Good questions were asked of each other and the insights gained were considered.
