At TailorMinds we have been a recognized company for interns for a few years and we are open to create a nice mix of learning, gaining experience and useful work together with an intern. Roy started last week as our intern. For the next three months, Roy joins our team as an intern for our internal processes.
Introduction
“My name is Roy, I live in Zoetermeer and I am doing the Associate Degree Management program. I’m going to describe the processes for TailorMinds. For my internship I am going to highlight one process and write an improvement proposal and implementation plan. The activities tie in well with my Organizational Science course, which is related to this topic. I also think this is an interesting profession.”
From head to paper
We have noticed for some time that much of the knowledge we have is only in our heads. Because Roy’s Associate Degree Management study program pays a lot of attention to how organizations and processes work and this interests him personally, this seemed a relevant and interesting assignment for Roy. The common win was also quickly found during our introductory meeting. Our expectations are positive.

In corona time we have been able to find a good mode in which Roy is guided by one of us in the office in turn. After that, a large part of the internship can be completed remotely. We wish Roy every success in completing this internship assignment for the next three months.
