Within TailorMinds we use the tools of Thomas International when it comes to guiding and coaching colleagues. One of these tools is the High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) for which Sander has recently also been certified.
HPTI
The HPTI measures personally specifically on the following components: carefulness, adaptability, curiosity, risk approach, tolerance for ambiguity and competitiveness. The answers are processed and expressed at a school for each of the six personality traits. Namely low, moderate, optimal or excessive. Too much or too little of a certain characteristic has advantages, but also disadvantages. Certain characteristics can indicate a high success rate or, on the contrary, pose a risk. This makes it possible to gain insight into the personality traits of people and the degree of suitability for a particular role or function.
Certificate and application
Sander took the online course at Thomas International in December and then passed the test. As a result, Sander has recently become a certified user of HPTI. Incidentally, applying personality assessments to candidates and colleagues is optional. It should contribute to self-reflection and ultimately make you feel better at home.
