In January we expect to welcome a new colleague from South Africa to the Netherlands: Johan. He will start on one of our projects as a CQV Engineer in the Dutch pharmaceutical industry.
Getting to know Johan
In the first quarter of 2021, we met Johan for the first time. In it he enthusiastically told us about his experience and skills as Validation Engineer within the South African pharmaceutical industry. Because of the positive click and his relevant work experience, we started looking at suitable opportunities.
Opportunities
Next, several opportunities presented themselves where each time it was just not the right match. This was mostly due to the fact that a client did not always have the time to wait for a full visa procedure. In addition, due to changing circumstances in South Africa, there was a pause. The contact remained.
Because we are convinced of his qualities, he has confidence in our process and to improve availability, we decided to make him an offer after all.
Getting started with Johan
Meanwhile, the contracts have been signed and we are preparing Johan’s arrival. We are also planning a suitable project for Johan. Since he is young and has no children, he can be flexibly deployed for projects. We are convinced that Johan will add value to one of the CQV projects.
