After a few months of being in good contact with TailorMinds, Michiel has held a number of interviews with our clients. This now results in a new challenge for Michiel. He starts Monday in his new job. Good luck Michiel!
The first contact
The first contact with Michiel was made in the late summer of this year. Michiel had posted his curriculum vitae on a job site that TailorMinds visits regularly to get in touch with professionals looking for a new challenge. After the first telephone call, there was a good click between Michiel and the consultant, after which Michiel was invited for an introductory meeting at our office.
The introductory meeting
Michiel has a clear track record within a pharma environment, with specific experience in Medical Devices. The ingredients to start the conversation with TailorMinds. We regularly have interesting opportunities within this specialism. During the introductory meeting, we got to talking with Michiel about where his passion lies. This is often what makes him happy and gives him energy. If we understand someone’s passion, we are often able to translate this into the ingredients for a next job.
The first interviews
After the interviews with Michiel, TailorMinds brought his curriculum vitae and most important motivation to the attention of its relations. This quickly led to introductory interviews with our relations. Both had a good feeling about the introduction, but the right project was not yet at hand.
From interview to new job
Recently, an application came in that suited Michiel well. After we presented the job profile to Michiel and he agreed to an interview with our client, things moved quickly. Last Friday Michiel had the interview with the end customer and the feedback came within the hour: positive! Michiel was also positive about the interview. He can start on Monday. We wish Michiel lots of fun with his new challenge.
