A few weeks ago, we received a request via our network to help a client take over the employership for a candidate. Soon there was an introductory meeting with the candidate Stephan to discuss formalities and eventually to work as an employee of TailorMinds at the customer. All formalities were discussed for this, such as employment contract, pension and reimbursement. These issues soon became clear, so that the signatures could be put on the contracts. Now Stephan could look for a new job! Next Monday Stephan will be working as a Biochemistry Analyst at our client. We wish Stephan good luck with his new job!
No difference
Yesterday Stephan visited TailorMinds to go through the latest points before starting on Monday. Since TailorMinds makes no distinction in terms of collegiality between self-employed persons, colleagues and / or people who work through us, Stephan will receive the same support and attention during his employment at TailorMinds. This means for example site visits, invitations to our meetings and assessments.
