TailorMinds has been the new trade mark for ProjectKwadraat since 10th of July. One of the important reasons was that ProjectKwadraat came more in touch with internationals in recent years. The result of this was an increase in the number of internationals on board at ProjectKwadraat. However, ProjectKwadraat turned out to be quite the tongue twister for the non-Dutch speaking colleagues. This has resulted into choosing a new name: TailorMinds. A name that is easier to pronounce for our internationals and which gives better recognition to our service.
Tailor
Tailor stands for tailor-made services. It would be easier if every process or project were the same. However, the reality is different. Every person is unique and has different wishes. From a lease car, to working days and / or hours pattern up to and including a full immigration to The Netherlands. TailorMinds advises and support you in realizing these various wishes. This, of course, insofar as the package of conditions of our clients allows this. A satisfied colleague makes a positive contribution more often.
Minds
Minds focuses on the interest in what is going on in the mind of the candidates and colleagues. What gives you energy? What makes you happy at work and what is a clincher for you? By asking about this and looking at the background, it is easier to achieve a better match. We also visit our colleagues during the projects and offer (optional) to accompany them with coaching.
