This week we welcomed a new colleague: Himabindu. Himabindu has meanwhile started working for our client as a Deviation & CAPA Specialist.
Introduction
Himabindu recently came to The Netherlands from India. After completing her education, she gained several years of experience in India with various aspects of Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. She would like to put this experience into practice in The Netherlands as well.
After we had had the first meeting with Himabindu, an introductory meeting with our client soon followed. It was discussed which of her qualities and experience would be most applicable. Immediately after this meeting, it was already decided that Himabindu is a welcome addition to the QA team.
Quick procedure
As a recognized sponsor of the IND, we are familiar with guiding immigration processes that can sometimes take longer. This is because the necessary documentation must be arranged and the activities related to a move to The Netherlands. In the case of Himabindu, this procedure did not apply. She recently came to The Netherlands with her partner and therefore she has no limitations in taking on a new job. This is because she can live and work in The Netherlands under her partner’s permit.
This made it a quick procedure, with Himabindu starting just a few days after her interview. We wish her every success! Or in other words: saubhaagy!
