Soon we will welcome a new colleague from South Africa: Phila. Phila will start working for one of our relations as a Validation & Compliance Engineer. We have now completed the application for a work and residence permit at the IND.
First contact
The first contact with Phila was made a few months ago after she indicated that she was open to a new challenge. As a result, we invited her for a first introductory meeting and joint introduction. In the conversation that followed, we explained in more detail about our experience in the field of international recruitment. She shared her knowledge and experience in the field of validation with us. In addition, Phila indicated that she was interested in an international career move.
Application
Shortly after the first acquaintance, we introduced Phila to our relationship. This relation was looking for experienced and qualified validation specialists at the time. The job interview followed shortly after. In this conversation Phila was given the opportunity to share her expertise. It was also discussed which position would suit her best. Both she and our relationship left a positive impression on each other and expressed the intention to enter into a collaboration. Shortly afterwards, this was confirmed and the contracts were signed.
IND procedure
Thus, Phila will soon come to The Netherlands as a highly skilled migrant. The IND application for a work and residence permit are already completed. The procedure to obtain her visa is still ongoing and it looks like Phila can quickly book her tickets to The Netherlands. We are currently preparing for her arrival in The Netherlands. In the meantime we have a lot of contact with Phila to help her with matters such as housing and documentation. We also help to find a suitable school for her daughter. On arrival in The Netherlands, we are of course ready to welcome her at the airport.
