Team building and more

Just before the May holidays, we experienced a relaxing day with the TailorMinds team, focusing on team building, reflection and consultation. To conclude, we had an interesting tour of the Louwman museum. A brief review.

Deepening and team talk

Led by Hans van Paridon, in the morning we again experienced that good cooperation starts with getting to know each other’s personal interests and motives. As the team almost doubled in the past six months, this led to great conversations and insights. Hans then talked to us about team talk, in short, positively addressing agreements made in a businesslike manner. Team talk in a respectful, open manner with clear goals in advance.  It is then not about mutual relationships, but how to work together collectively effectively in your own partial responsibility.

Quarterly meeting

After a well-prepared lunch, we looked back on the past quarter. Because we have grown solidly over the past two years, we noticed more and more that knowledge present in heads is easy, but that it gets even better if it is also on paper. We started doing this at the end of last year and the first benefits are noticeable. Much of the agenda was further filled with operational matters that we will continue to work on in the coming period.

Guided tour

After this, we were given a tour under the enthusiastic guidance of Ig from the museum, during which we were impressed by the large collection of vehicles at the museum. Even if you have little or no passion for cars, it was worthwhile to experience a wide variety of vehicles and their stories.
