This week we welcomed a new colleague: José. He started as a Quality Consultant at our client, where his first assignment will be a Deviation Specialist role at a vaccine manufacturer.
The ambition
José has expressed the ambition that after employment with employers, through one of our clients as Consultant, he wants to look at defined assignments in different kitchens and add value. Due to his rich work experience and rewarding career, it was time for this next step in his career. After having had several conversations with Bas and having spoken well with his family, José jumped into the deep end of June and applied for this national role.
Speed and quality coming together
After a positive introductory meeting, we introduced him to the client on Monday 28 June. The first meeting was already held on Tuesday 29 June. Positive! On Wednesday afternoon, June 30, the second meeting followed with the end customer of the relationship, also positively assessed by all parties. Now it came down to it, because Wednesday was also the last day of the month and the cancellation had to be made before 1 July with his employer and confirmed to the client. Of course, only after the employment contract has been signed.
The Handling
With passion and care, José’s contract of employment lay with him in the course of the evening. Of course, together with José, we went through the contract in detail, after which it was settled. José informed his employer about his departure that same evening and we informed our client about his arrival. So within three days José will have the job he has in mind!
