Since mid April we have a new colleague at our office: Mirjam! She is the new reinforcement for, among others, our administrative processes as Commercial Management Assistant. Time to introduce her.
The effects of success
At the end of last year, partly thanks to our intern Roy, we came to the conclusion that we needed to strengthen the team. Partly because we were able to realize many projects in recent periods and also to continue to bind colleagues to us. This not only resulted in a more extensive range of tasks for the consultant, but also in extra work for our colleague Corrie in the administration. It was time to look for extra strength for both sales and administrative support.

After we put the vacancy online, a number of interviews with candidates followed. One of them was Mirjam who came into contact with TailorMinds through her partner Marcel. Marcel and Arjan have worked together on several projects in the past when he had his own engineering company and construction hall. In this company, Mirjam was an important administrative pillar for e.g. salaries and invoicing.
After two rounds of interviews, we both came to the conclusion that, in addition to the professional click, there was also a personal click. Mirjam describes her motivation as follows: ‘for me the person is very important. When I can help/support someone or provide care, then I like to do that. As such, Mirjam has been working at TailorMinds since April and we wish her lots of success and hopefully many more years at TailorMinds!
