In March of this year, TailorMinds met Bert, a Quality Assurance Officer. This meeting had an exploratory character to discuss whether we could help Bert find a project with one of our clients in the short or long term. At that time we did not yet see a direct opportunity, but we did see the potential for the future.
We continued
Over the past few months, TailorMinds has made several attempts to help Bert on a project. It was finally two weeks ago. One of our customers was looking for a Batch Record Reviewer. Bert was immediately enthusiastic about this project and soon an introduction and invitation for an interview at our client followed. After the interview it was certain the next day: Bert was allowed to start.
Yesterday morning Bert signed his contract at our office in Zoetermeer and next Monday he will start in his new position. We wish Bert good luck with his new challenge.
