TailorMinds has been around for 10 years this year. We celebrated this last Tuesday through a webinar with Ben Tiggelaar with about 100 clients of TailorMinds.
Different from normal
Normally we would have liked to celebrate this personally with our relations. To reflect on the anniversary and to bring our relations together in a responsible way, we organized a webinar with Ben Tiggelaar. The focus here was on the challenges leaders (in the broadest sense of the word) will face in 2021. In an interactive way, Ben took the attendees in and brought new perspectives on how to act in the current period.
Grateful
Finally, Arjan thanked all those present for the wonderful collaborations over the past 10 years. We are grateful for the trust and cooperation with partners, relations and (former) colleagues. This resulted in what TailorMinds is today. This enables us to make a significant contribution to filling vacancies and capacity issues of our relations. With that also a little bit of the labor market. On to the next 10 years!
